    First, acquire the Floodgate Key from Roge, one of Elmoo’s friends. Use this key to open the sluice gate in Slewse, creating a waterway to the Tower of the Moon.

    The Tower of the Moon is located on an island south of Slewse. Sail north from Beran to get as close to Slewse as possible, then travel on foot.

    Return to 2F, go to the central room, then to the center-west room and take the stairs to 3F.

    On 3F, head to the southeastern corner (avoiding ledges) and search a decorative floor tile to find a hidden Seed of Magic.

    Return to the central room on 3F, head north, and search the dead-end to the left of the stairs to find a hidden Mini Medal.

    Ascend the stairs to 4F. Head south to the southwestern room and open the two chests to find the Hypnowhip Scroll and the Scourge Whip.
