Stowing Away: Part 19

Head to the small security cabin at the far end of Hengsha Seaport and hack the PC to shut down cameras and robots. Do not open the door, as this will alert guards.

Use the route through the fence on the right, near a box, to sneak underneath the house containing Tong's locker.

Use Jump Enhancement to hop onto a large container to the left of the manhole you entered.

From the container, tranquilize the guard ahead.

Move slightly left while still on the crates to spot a Heavy guard below. Wait for him to move away from a nearby camera, then tranquilize him.

Locate the sniper on top of crates marked with a large "2"; a ladder leads to him. Tranquilize him and then enter the building he was on. You can destroy the breakable wall on the left, use a window (cloak augmentation helps), or enter through the door, as the guard inside is sleeping.

Inside this building, the locker contains [TONG'S EXPLOSIVE PACKAGE], [1000XP], [GHOST 500XP], and [SMOOTH OPERATOR 250XP].

If possible, tranquilize the sniper on the roof of the building at the far end of the seaport.

Otherwise, sneak to the ladder (using cloak augmentation if needed), avoiding the camera. Climb the two ladders, tranquilize the sniper if you haven't already, and enter the building.

Proceed through the doors into the main hall. Snipe the Heavy guard on patrol.

Move to the nearby stairs. Wait for the guards to finish their conversation, then take them out, starting with the one almost below you.

Move to the security booth on the far northwest side and hide behind the window. Wait for the guard to exit his room, take him down, then go in for a second takedown. The PC here can shut down a camera and turret.

Head upstairs, take down the two guards, go through the door, and place Tong's package to receive [1000XP], [GHOST 500XP], and [SMOOTH OPERATOR 250XP].
