Locate the sniper in the building at the end of the street. Enter the building on the left, upgrade it to a barracks, and have another squad grab the bazooka. Approach the sniper's blind side, toss a grenade into the building to flush him out, and eliminate him.

After dealing with the sniper, reinforce your squads and pick up the bazookas. Rifle squads equipped with bazookas are highly effective.

Assault the town center by using grenades against MG42 crews. Once the MG42s are destroyed, German troops will retreat, and the area will be secured. Move all units to the town hall center. Use tanks to clear barbwire for construction. Build support buildings in the open area behind the town hall, and place barracks, motor pool, triage, and tank depot at the front.

Gradually advance towards the coastal gun. Avoid the fuel point on the corner as it's guarded by a Panzer across the channel. Eliminate the axis artillery lookout officer hiding by the sandbags north of the fuel point, before the bridge, by sniping him.

Prioritize obtaining rangers early. Once available, build four squads of rangers and group them. Utilize the abundant munitions in this mission to upgrade them with Thompson SMGs for increased effectiveness. Positioned carefully, four ranger squads can destroy Panzers quickly. Bring a halftrack and engineer for support.

Upon reaching the coastal guns, breach the door with an engineer and destroy the gun inside, for example, with a grenade. Destroying the coastal gun grants artillery support from offshore warships.

Move all units to one side of the bridge and defend it against counterattacks. Axis forces will attempt to cross but will be vulnerable on the bridge. Simultaneously, have your sniper cross the bridge to scout the area.

Using the sniper's view, launch artillery attacks on German defenses across the bridge. Snipe AT crews from a distance while maintaining stealth. Once the area near the bridge is clear, send rangers and Shermans across with engineers and a halftrack for support. Have rangers capture points and engineers/rifle squads build OPs (Observation Posts).

Target the German outpost on the southern end of the map with artillery, then assault it with rangers and Shermans. North of the bridge is a German forward motor pool; capturing it allows you to build tanks there. Further northwest is a demolition station, which is the medal objective. You have two minutes to destroy this structure. A fast method is to use two Shermans and artillery fire. After destroying the building, clear the remaining area with rangers and Shermans.

Advance towards the axis HQ to the northeast. Use the sniper to scout and direct artillery barrages onto the area until the HQ is destroyed. Mission accomplished.
