    Line up the narrow walkway with your end of the platform and the stairs with the alcove on the other end.

    Cross the walkway.

    Rotate the spinwheel, get the Golden Mushroom from the alcove.

    Finish rotating the spinwheel and collect the coins.

    Head up the "4" elevator to get to the Power Star.
