STAGE 4: Pickax CAVE PLUMMET

You'll start in the Pickax Cave Plummet. First things first, grab the Pickax right in front of you. Head into the body of water located in the bottom-right corner of the area. Break the single brick you see there to reveal Diamond #1.

After grabbing the diamond, pull the lever at the bottom of the water. This will cause the platform to rise to the top. Before re-surfacing, make sure to grab the mountain of coins that appears.

Once you're back on dry land, head to the bottom-left corner of the level. You'll find a leaf here; grab it to get another Pickax. Now, drop down into the area below and use your Pickax to destroy the bricks. Don't worry about running out of time, as there are Pickax refills scattered throughout the level.

Continue heading towards the bottom of the level. When you reach the very bottom, you'll encounter a couple of Mud Troopers. Destroy them, then turn the corner. You'll see a stairway; climb it.

At the top of the stairway, you'll find a Mushroom. Grab it, then use a turnip to defeat the Mud Trooper waiting at the very top.

Continue onward and climb another stairway. Be cautious of any Mud Troopers that might appear as you ascend.

After turning another corner, you'll find another Pickax. Use this Pickax to break through all the gray blocks blocking your path until you reach the bottom. Once you're at the bottom, destroy the bricks guarding the alcove to the left of the Star to find Diamond #3.

Now, destroy the bricks guarding the other alcove to get a Golden Mushroom. Finally, make your way to the Power Star and collect it to complete the level!
