From your breather spot, dash east towards a yellow ladder. Wait here for the blocks to sync up with the music again before continuing to the stationary platforms.

Grab the mushroom from the lone leaf on the stationary platform.

When the timing is right, head to the yellow ladder and climb it. If you don't have enough time to make it across, just wait here for the next cycle.

Grab another turnip. Head to the edge of the green platform and wait for a red block to appear. When it does, drop down onto it.

Quickly chuck your turnip at the Fire Bro to get him out of the way.

Now, grab the lone leaf on the stationary platform – this one hides Diamond #3!

Finally, use the blocks to cross the last stretch and reach the Power Star.
