As soon as you enter, you'll see a ladder to your right. Ignore the locked door it leads to for now and walk past it. Look up – you'll see a bunch of fireball cannons and ladders. Climb up these ladders, but be careful! The fireballs are coming at you. The middle ones move a bit faster, but you should be able to dodge them if you keep moving.

Once you reach the top, head to the left. You'll find a switch. Hit it, and a platform will start moving. Ride this platform down.

Down here, you'll find the key you need, but there's also a catbunny guarding it. Take care of the catbunny, grab the key, and then hit the switch you see. This will take you back up the shaft.

Now, while you're still in the shaft, make your way as far right as you can, staying close to the wall. When you get to the top, you'll need to drop your ring. Immediately after dropping it, run to the right and hit another switch you'll pass.

Start heading down the ladders. This switch you just hit makes the elevator carrying your ring go down. The trick here is to be quick! As you make your way down, you'll see cannons shooting fireballs at platforms. If you time it right, your ring will actually slow down each cannon just as you reach the platform it's targeting. This lets you pass safely.

Warning: If you can't seem to make it through the gauntlet of fireballs, don't worry! Just rewind time and try the timing again. It might take a couple of tries to get the rhythm down. A good tip is to try and time flipping that last switch so that a fireball is just reaching the far wall as you start climbing the first ladder.

Once you've successfully navigated the fireball gauntlet, climb the ladder, open the door, and claim your puzzle piece!
