Your guide to reaching the VIP in Battlefield 4. Learn how to navigate the elevator, deal with hostiles, and provide cover for Pac.
Alright, let's get this VIP secured. Your squad's gonna lead the way to the elevator, so just stick with them. Once you're inside, Pac will hook you up with a weapon. Don't get too comfortable though, because when that elevator stops, you're gonna be on the wrong floor and hostiles will be opening fire.
Walkthrough
- 1When the elevator doors open, you'll be under fire. You can try to take out a few enemies, but your best bet is to find cover quickly.
- 2After exiting the elevator, there's a weapon stash to your right. Grab what you need. You'll see hostiles on the stairs and more enemies will be coming from a door on the right.
- 3Before they spot you, make a move through that door on the right and clear out the enemies inside. Then, try to pick off any remaining hostiles through the windows.
- 4Keep pushing forward until you enter a room with a large bar and seating area. Clear out all the enemies in this room before heading up the stairs.
- 5Once you're upstairs, Pac will start working on picking the lock on a door. This is your cue to provide cover fire.
- 6Pro-Tip: There's a gadget stash nearby. Grab some claymores and plant them strategically on the stairs and the floor below to catch any enemies trying to rush you.
- 7Take cover near Pac while he's picking the lock. Keep an eye out, because a chopper is going to show up and start blasting.
- 8Once all the ground enemies are dealt with, Pac will open the door. Follow your squad through and head towards the VIP room.
- 9After you meet up with the VIP, your squad will guide you to the roof.
Tips
- Prioritize finding cover immediately after the elevator doors open, as you'll be outnumbered and outgunned initially.
- Use the weapon stash wisely; grab a weapon that suits your playstyle for the upcoming firefights.
- Don't be afraid to use explosives like the claymores Pac gives you – they're perfect for area denial and stopping enemy advances.
- Keep Pac protected while he's picking the lock; if he's interrupted, you'll have to deal with more enemies.
