Alright, you've made it to the roof. Time to make a run for that chopper. As soon as you start moving, the building's gonna start coming down around you. You'll slide through the rubble, and when you finally come to, you'll be in a real bind. Irish will be there, and you'll have to help him cut off Dunn's leg to get out of there. It's grim, but it's the only way.

Once you're clear, jump in the car. You'll need to speed through the smoke and blast through some gates. Keep pushing forward until you hit a paved road. Follow that road, but don't get too comfortable – a helicopter is about to knock you right out of the car.

After that rough landing, Irish will toss you a grenade launcher. Your priority now is that chopper. Take it out before it finishes you off. Once that's dealt with, a cutscene will play, showing you shooting out that window from the mission's start. You're not out of the woods yet, but you've survived the immediate danger.
