As an Impostor, your goal is to eliminate Crewmates and sabotage their efforts without being caught. This role requires cunning, deception, and good timing. Here are some tips:

1. Fake Tasks Convincingly: Stand at task locations for a reasonable amount of time. Don't just stand there; pretend to interact. Avoid 'visual tasks' unless you know they are off.
2. Use Sabotages Strategically: Sabotages are your most powerful tool. Use them to split up groups (Lights, Reactor), create kill opportunities (O2, Reactor), or distract Crewmates (Comms).
3. Vent Wisely: Vents allow for quick travel and escape after a kill. Only vent when you are absolutely sure no one is watching. Venting in front of a Crewmate is an instant accusation.
4. Don't Be Too Eager to Kill: Wait for opportune moments when a Crewmate is isolated. Rushing a kill can lead to being seen or caught on camera.
5. Blame Others: When a body is reported, immediately join the discussion and try to shift suspicion onto another player. Ask questions, act confused, and offer false alibis.
6. Self-Report Strategically: If you kill someone and no one is around, you can self-report the body to appear innocent and control the narrative. This is a high-risk, high-reward move.
7. Blend In: Don't act suspicious. Walk around, pretend to do tasks, and avoid being seen alone with potential victims for too long.
