Alright, so you're looking to give your trusty reject a bit of a makeover in Darktide, huh? It's pretty straightforward once you know where to go. You'll want to head over to the Mourningstar, our main hub.
As soon as you load in, take a left at the first intersection and follow that path. Keep an eye out for the Armory Exchange. You're looking for the second display window – the one facing the path you just came down, not the one leading to the mission board. If you look at the back wall behind that window, you'll see the shutters have lifted, revealing a brand new barber shop. Pretty neat, right?
Head on inside, and you'll find a fella named Oska Krall, the Chirurgeon. He's the one who'll let you into the menu to tweak your character's look. Now, keep in mind, the customization here is mostly focused on your character's physical features. You can change things like your face, hair style and color, any markings or tattoos, and other bits and bobs for your face and body. Once you're happy with your new style, just hit 'Finalize Appearance' down in the bottom right corner of the barbershop menu.
Good news for those who snagged the Imperial Edition – if you've already got an Ogryn going, you'll be able to apply those special cosmetic markings to them once they're live. No need to start a whole new character just for that Imperial Edition goodie!
Just a heads-up, at the moment, you can't change your character's sex, homeworld, or voice. This barber shop is strictly for changing your physical appearance.
