Hey there! Ready to dive into Visions of Mana and get those levels up quickly? It's not just about smashing enemies; the game actually rewards you for fighting smart. Let's break down the best ways to rack up experience points (EXP) so you can become a powerhouse in no time.

Battle Challenges

When you're in a fight, you'll get a standard EXP reward for defeating enemies. But here's the cool part: Visions of Mana gives you bonus EXP for battling in specific ways. For instance, if you can clear a fight super fast, you'll get an EXP boost. Also, try to avoid taking hits yourself, and if you can finish off enemies with a Class Strike, that'll net you even more experience. Keep these in mind during every encounter!

Valorflies

As you explore the world, keep an eye out for little red creatures. These are Valorflies! When you find one, just walk up to it and press the confirm button to collect it. Doing so triggers a one-minute countdown on your screen, and during that minute, all battles you engage in will give you double the normal experience. Just a heads-up, this buff doesn't carry over if you move to a completely new area. Also, the timer pauses while you're in a battle, so you don't have to worry about it running out mid-fight; it'll only expire after you've won.

Cookies

You'll also stumble upon items called Cookies. There are three types: Curious Cookies, Miracle Cookies, and Mythic Cookies. Popping one of these will give you a significant EXP boost from battles: 10% for Curious, 15% for Miracle, and a whopping 20% for Mythic. The best part? These Cookies last for a full 10 minutes, which is way longer than the Valorflies. And guess what? They stack! You can use a Cookie along with a Valorfly buff, or even with the Li'l Cactus bonus we'll talk about next, to get some seriously massive EXP gains.

Li’l Cactus Bonus

This is probably the most important one for long-term leveling. You'll start finding these little guys, the Li'l Cacti, once you reach Rime Falls. It's a really good idea to go back to earlier areas and hunt down as many of them as you can. Why? Because finding them gives you permanent EXP boosts! When you collect 20 Li'l Cacti, you'll get a permanent 1.5x boost to all battle EXP. Hit 30 Cacti, and that jumps to a massive 2x boost. Seriously, try to get to 30 as soon as possible. It's worth saving tough fights, like Nemeses and bosses, until you've got that 2x boost active – it'll make a huge difference!
