Head south, drop to an orange and black ledge, release, then grab the next ledge down and safety drop into a pit.

Climb out south, angle a standing jump into an eastern alcove, and throw a switch.

Return to the pit, pull the lower block twice, then pull and push the upper block 3 times to access a column. Do not go to the column yet.

Return to the pit and pull the lower block one more time. Go to the alcove behind where the block was to retrieve Magnum clips (1) and a small Medi Pack (2).

Use the upper block to climb to the top of the stone column. Shimmy right and pull up onto the ledge.

Before dropping down, kill the panther (1) below.

Turn around and check the upper ledge to the north. Use the slanted surface in the NE corner to access the ledge and claim a small Medi Pack (3) and more Magnum clips (4).

Safety drop to the ground, jump up the slope, and look below. Eliminate the white panther mummy (2) before entering the main area.

After the panther mummy explodes, slide into the main area. Swim in the pool in the NW to retrieve Magnum clips x 2 (5, 6).

In the NW corner among the trees, use a low block to climb onto the wall to the west. From here, do a running jump/grab to the center column to get shotgun shells (7), then retrace your steps to the ground.

Climb onto the block between the Sphinx's paws, pull up, and walk counterclockwise around to the back of its head to find shotgun shells (8) and a Saphire Key (9).

Use the Save Crystal (1) found here. Aim for 100% health.

Return to the front of the Sphinx and pull the block a couple of times.

Use the Saphire Key to open the way. Before turning the corner, climb up to your right for a better vantage point to kill the oncoming panther (3). While up here, take the small Medi Pack (10).

Go to the end, take a right, and have your Magnums ready.

New Game+ Notes:

There are 4 Save Crystals in this short level. Proceed with caution.
In the room with the pool, choose Option 2 and avoid fighting the panther mummy.
After the last Save Crystal, use the described method to get past the panthers without getting on the central platform. If you get on the platform, you'll release 2 more panthers for only 4 shotgun shells.
The last battle against a panther mummy can be difficult; don't get discouraged if it takes multiple tries.
After defeating the panther mummy, go back and kill the 2 panthers from the bridge. The open door below will contain Uzi ammo. Return to the room where you beat the panther mummy and continue to the end.

Getting Past the Panthers Without Getting on the Central Platform:

Drop to the ground, roll, and move right. Do not draw weapons.
Position Lara between the first and second squares from the right on the floor, facing the stone pillar at the opposite end.
Move forward enough to trigger 2 panthers from the right. Stand still. They will loop around the central pillar.
When both panthers are on their path, run towards the stone pillar while holding the Action button and pull up onto it quickly.
If done correctly, you can climb atop the stone pillar before taking damage. If panthers pin Lara, try jumping and pulling up; often no damage is sustained.
