A new Kingdom in The Sims Medieval starts with two Aspect slots. You can unlock additional slots by adding buildings to your Kingdom, with a maximum of 12 slots available. Aspect slots are filled by completing Quests. If you earn more Aspect from a quest than you have available slots, the earned Aspect is lost forever. Having low Aspect has negative effects on the Kingdom, while having many filled slots is beneficial. You also earn bonuses for completely filling up all 12 slots and earning additional Aspect.

- Low - Diseased Sims roam the Kingdom
