Molduga (Gerudo Desert)

Alright, so you've heard tales of the Molduga, the giant sand whale lurking in the Gerudo Desert? Don't sweat it, we'll get you through this! It looks super intimidating, but once you know its tricks, it's totally manageable.

Stats / Weaknesses:

• Molduga: A massive, sand-swimming beast found in the Gerudo Desert. It's huge and can be a real pain if you don't know what you're doing.
• Weak Point: Its belly, which is exposed when it leaps out of the sand.
• Vulnerability: It's sensitive to sound and can be lured out of the sand.

Phases:

1. Phase 1: Luring the Beast
   The Molduga will mostly stay hidden beneath the sand, only its dorsal fin visible. It'll try to charge at you from below, creating tremors.
2. Phase 2: The Jump and Strike
   Once you've lured it out, it will leap from the sand, giving you a window to attack.
3. Phase 3: Aftermath
   After taking damage, it'll dive back into the sand and the cycle repeats.

Strategy:

• Lure it out: The best way to get the Molduga to surface is by using bombs. Throw a bomb into the sand near where you think it is, or even better, use a sound-making item like a mine. When it comes up to investigate the noise, it'll get stunned.
• Detonate and Attack: As soon as it surfaces, detonate your bomb! This will stun it, causing it to flop onto the sand, exposing its weak belly. Now's your chance to rush in and wail on it with your strongest weapons.
• Use Stasis (Optional but Recommended): If you have the Stasis rune, you can freeze the Molduga when it leaps out of the sand. This gives you extra time to line up some powerful attacks on its belly.
• Watch for Tremors: When you see the sand start to ripple and shake, that means the Molduga is about to burst out. Get ready to dodge or use your bomb!
• Stay Mobile: You don't want to be standing still when it attacks. Keep moving around the arena to avoid its charges and ground pounds.
• Ranged Attacks: If you're having trouble getting close, arrows can work, especially when it's stunned. Aim for the belly if you can.
