Head to the northwest of Vesta Street and beat Fred at Vantage Masters to get the Neptjuno Card.

Go to Dreichels Plaza and speak with Annabelle to update her Character Note.

Make your way to South Ostia Highway, defeat three groups of enemies, and return to Rilke to complete the "Does it Belong in A Museum?" Side Quest, earning EP Charge IV x2 and 5000 Mira.

Return to South Ostia Highway and speak with Seri to acquire the Heartless Edgar - Chapter 8 book.

Go to the Leica District and enter Lakelord Company to speak with Receptionist Harris for Radio Story #8. Report it to Munk via the Arcus II.

Proceed to Lumiere Orbal Factory and speak with Johannes to start the Side Quest, Riding the Orbal Waves.

To complete "Riding the Orbal Waves," scan the following 12 locations by pressing [L2/Triangle]: Outside Lumiere Orbal Factory (102), Outside Le Saga Boutique (109), Intersection (113), Outside Watson’s Weapons & Armor (121), In front of the West Exit (92), In front of the Plaza Bifrost Department Store south entrance (98), In front of the Plaza Bifrost Department Store southeast entrance (117), Tram Stop (128), In front of the Plaza Bifrost Department Store east entrance (139), In front of the building between Plaza Bifrost Department Store and Imperial Chronicle Building (152), In front of the Imperial Chronicle Building (197), and Behind the Truck near the Plaza Bifrost Department Store east entrance (175).

After the cutscene for "Riding the Orbal Waves," enter the Imperial Chronicle Building to complete the quest and receive an Odin Gem and 5000 Mira.

Fast travel to Heimdallr Racecourse and speak with Clerk Ambrose to buy Riding Gloves for Jusis.

In the Heimdallr Racecourse, speak with Lachin, Old Man and Girl, Lombard, Lord Michelin and Albert, and Manager Charlton in the Racecourse- Nobility Seating after the cutscene.

Go to the betting window, choose the 5th option (Lino Bloom), view the cutscene, and enter the Racecourse - Passageway.

Head into Heimdallr Underground 1. Follow the path south to an intersection, then go west to find a Chest containing Black Records 1.

Continue east to an open room, then enter the left open room to find a Chest with a Brave Seed.

Return to the open room and head south to find a Chest containing an Albion Wolf R (EP+60/ATS+15, removes positive effects).

Continue west and enter Heimdallr Underground 2.

Proceed through the dungeon until you reach an intersection, then go south to find a Chest containing Violet Hair - Musse.

Interact with the lever in the open room to extend the path and continue forward.
