Walkthrough
- 1General Information: Missions are accepted at Trading Stations and assigned by corporations. They offer unique adventures with objectives leading to rewards like blocks (via crates), Block Bucks, and Experience. Any salvage or techs provided during missions can be kept.
- 2Non-Unique Missions: These missions can appear at any trading station, are assignable by multiple corporations, and are generally available at all grade levels. They are repeatable and can be cancelled if the player is 500m away from the destination. Their difficulty scales with the player's license grade. Hostile techs with explosive bolts activate instantly, and only the main tech needs destruction if they split. Mission-spawned enemies are allied to each other but hostile to the player.
- 3Races (Venture): These missions feature various tracks and requirements, often with time limits. Failure occurs if time runs out or the player strays too far. Tracks are generated on the spot and removed after completion. Variations include:
- Time Trial: Follow a designated course through checkpoints on time.
- 4Drag Race: A straight track with a short time limit and a single end checkpoint.
- 5Ramp to Platform: Similar to drag races, requiring a jump onto a higher platform within a tight time limit.
- 6Pipe Slalom: A track with gaps, a short time limit, and checkpoints that grant extra time.
- 7Crate Inspection (All): Variants include Special Delivery, You're a WINNER!!!, Lost Payload, Dead Drop, Jettisoned Cargo. A crate appears at a specified location, and the mission ends upon opening it. Variations include:
- No enemies spawn, and the crate opens on approach.
- 8The crate does not open, triggering an ambush by 3-4 enemy Techs that must be defeated before opening. This variation does not seem to occur for Better Future missions.
- 9A timed mission where a crate is air-dropped in a hidden random spot. If not found in time, an enemy tech spawns and must be defeated to reveal the crate. If found in time, the mission ends instantly without enemies appearing.
- 10Capture Base (GSO, Better Future): Variants include Capture Enemy Base. This mission involves capturing a base with other enemy techs.
Tips
- Difficulty scales with your license grade; higher grades mean tougher challenges.
- Mission-spawned enemies can be baited into fighting other hostile techs you cannot tackle directly.
- Non-unique missions can be cancelled by moving 500m away from the destination.
