First up, head to the northeast Storehouse. Inside, check the big bucket. You'll find the Giant Tub discovery here. Plus, you might get some useful ingredients like Natto or Tofu, or even Miso. While you're here, you'll also trigger the skit Still Rancid After All These Years.

After that, exit the Storehouse and make your way northwest, heading up the steps. Keep going until you find another discovery: the Tempus Aeturnum. Right after that, you'll get to watch the skit Ghost in the Machine.

Now, head down the opposite steps. You'll find a save point there. Make sure to save your game, and while you're at it, you can catch the skit Sticking Together. Nearby, there's a machine that acts as both a Shop and an Inn. Use it to rest up – you'll get a scene after you do.

Next, find the machine in the southeast or southwest part of the area and use it to go up to the 2F. Head into the Records Room. Here, you'll discover the Emerald Hope. You'll also trigger the skit A World Without a Pulse.

After grabbing that discovery and skit, take the elevator down to B1. Make your way towards the main building at the back of the area. On the steps leading up to it, you'll find the Nameless Flower Seeds.

Once you've got those seeds, warp to the Shuttle Bay. You'll get the Book of Enthusiasm here. The password you need is 'ephinea'.

Head back down to B1 and go west, then west again. You'll have a brief scene. After that, follow the child inside; another scene will play out. Once that's done, look for a chest nearby containing the Magic Carta No. 39.

With the Magic Carta in hand, head back up to the 1F. Go to the save point, and you'll trigger the skit The Knowledge to Save.

Finally, you can return to Region 13. Find the other warp you saw earlier and use it. After the scene, check the save point for the last skit in this area, The “It” Factor.
