North Lhant Road: Chapter 2 Adulthood Part I

Follow our walkthrough for Tales of Graces f Remastered's North Lhant Road section. Get items, trigger skits, and prepare for battle!

So, Asbel was planning a surprise attack on the Fendel forces near Lhant by going through the Seaside Cavern. Clever, right? Well, it turns out Fendel had the exact same idea! As soon as Asbel pops out the other side, he discovers Lhant is already under a surprise attack. Bummer!

Before you rush off to Lhant, let's grab some goodies. Hang a right toward the beach first to snag 720 Gald. Then, follow the path for a scene. After that, don't head straight for Lhant just yet! Instead, go north to the encampment. Here you'll find some Fur, the Vestiges of War discovery, and you can trigger the skit A Hopeless Cause.

Now, head south back toward Lhant. Keep an eye out on the left side of the road for a Shattered Bone. Before you enter Lhant itself, make sure to stop by the Lhant Hill entrance. There's another skit waiting for you there called All That Remains.

Once you enter Lhant, you'll trigger another scene. After this, you'll be thrown into a battle. This is a good opportunity to grab some gear! You'll receive the Rune Guard from a new ally – I highly recommend de-equipping it and giving it to Asbel. Enjoy this relatively easy fight, and then settle in for the scenes that follow.

After the scenes, instead of heading into the main part of Lhant, go to the house next to the windmill. Chat with the Elderly Woman there, and she'll give you some Pickled Plum x3. Next, make your way back to the manor. Head into the lower right room and talk to the maid to get Pasta x3. With those items in hand, you can now head to the study for a fight that, unfortunately, you can't win. Don't worry, you can still deal some damage!
