- 1Level 4-1: Navigate Giant Land, stomping oversized Goombas and Koopa Troopas. Utilize ? Blocks for power-ups. You can optionally enter a pipe to a water area guarded by Big Berthas for two 1-Ups. Continue right, passing through brick openings and across ledges patrolled by Red Giant Koopa Troopas. Avoid the Venus Fire Trap and Green Gargantuan Koopa Troopa before entering the final pipe to reach the Slot Box.
- 2Level 4-2: This is the White Mushroom House level. Collect at least 22 Coins to make the White Mushroom House appear. The level's terrain sinks and rises with the water, so watch out for Cheep-Cheeps. Use ice blocks to hit a ? Block for a power-up. After dealing with Venus Fire Traps, use a P-Switch to turn bricks into coins. Grab the newly formed coins and a ? Block that releases an Invincible Starman. Collect remaining coins from bricks before the P-Switch effect wears off, then jump the final gap and enter the pipe to reach the Slot Box.
- 3Level 4-3: If Sledge Brothers are a concern, use an Invincible Starman. Two Sledge Brothers appear before an underground pipe. Inside, Buzzy Beetles attack, followed by jumps across gaps and elevated ledges with more Buzzy Beetles and Green Paratroopa Koopas. Avoid ceiling-diving Spinies and Red Paratroopa Koopas. Hit bricks to reveal Coins and a 1-Up Mushroom, which requires quick retrieval while dodging enemies. Navigate wooden block stacks carefully and head up a pipe to the Slot Box.
- 4World Four Fortress #1: Run right under two Hotfoots and fall through a hole to avoid a horizontal Thwomp. Go right under another Hotfoot, wait for the Thwomp above to move, and jump up before it resets. You can then choose your path.
