Start the mission at Oxford's Base. Head to the nearby hot dog factory, marked by the mission icon.

After a scene, you'll encounter Scab Tossers, enemies that throw proximity mines. Be cautious of these mines, which remain active for a short time.

Locate three pieces of evidence within the hot dog factory area: a sword behind a delivery truck, a hat in front of a door on the south corner, and a bugle beside a smaller building behind the main one.

After collecting all evidence, attempt to enter any door of the main factory building. You'll then be directed to a crane in the western corner. Interact with its control panel.

Proceed to the nearby park and investigate the picnic in the center.

Engage in a three-way fight against Fizzco Bots and OD enemies. Kill OD enemies within the yellow objective region until one drops the crane keys. Rifle Bots can be a nuisance; prioritize eliminating them.
