Federation Commander (Chapter 3 Boss)

Defeat the Federation Commander in Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness Chapter 3. Learn to counter his energy shields and powerful melee combos.

This boss is a human-sized Federation soldier, often accompanied by a few standard Federation Troopers. The Commander utilizes advanced weaponry and can deploy energy shields, making him a tougher opponent than previous bosses. He also has a powerful melee combo if you get too close.

Weaknesses: None specific, but physical attacks are generally effective. Resistances: None. Strategy: Prioritize taking out the accompanying Federation Troopers first, as they can distract your party and deal annoying damage. Fidel and Victor should focus on the Commander, using Battle Skills that can break his guard or bypass his shield. Fiore's elemental spells can be effective against the troopers.
