Walkthrough
  1. 1
From Enzo, glide to the distant cliffs over the river. Collect 15 gems near a cactus on the left.
  2. 2
Defeat the first Agile Bird (similar to Dry Canyon birds but attack from the side) for a purple gem. Collect a nearby green gem.
  3. 3
Note the invisible barriers preventing access to the wilderness.
  4. 4
Go left for another green gem. Defeat an Agile Bird for a green gem.
  5. 5
Go left again for another Agile Bird, which drops a purple gem. Collect a nearby green gem.
  6. 6
Turn right about 130 degrees and collect a green gem, being careful of Agile Birds. Flame an approaching Agile Bird for a green gem.
  7. 7
Continue forward to sneak up on another Agile Bird for a purple gem. Collect two green gems next to it.
  8. 8
Turn around and collect two green gems while heading towards an area where two Agile Birds will attack separately. One drops a green gem, the other a purple gem.
  9. 9
From the initial glide point to the cliffs, follow the left wall, then go straight up a slope to Marco. He indicates you're at the highest point.
  10. 10
A whirlwind is now available below Marco to return to the top.
  11. 11
Glide to the closest square-shaped building on the left. Destroy two chests for golden gems each.
  12. 12
Turn left 90 degrees and glide to a lower building. Collect a golden gem from a wooden chest and interact with a firecracker.
  13. 13
If the firecracker is hard to trigger, use the whirlwind below Marco to glide to it.
  14. 14
The firecracker will destroy a strong chest. Go to the area where an extra life was found to find a new whirlwind.
  15. 15
Use this whirlwind to return to the top of the big building. Go right slightly and jump down to find the strong chest replaced by 25 gems.
  16. 16
Return to the whirlwind that leads to Marco, but go just left of it. Behind the building, find a wooden chest with a green gem.
  17. 17
Go back up the whirlwind. From the highest point, turn right. Glide to a tall building's lower section and collect two chests on top for 20 gems.
  18. 18
Turn around and glide to the building where the chest was hidden behind it. Collect 7 gems on top.
  19. 19
Go back up the whirlwind. This time, go left towards the starting building, just before the barrier. Collect two red gems by the side.
  20. 20
Glide to the platform just behind them. Drop down behind the building to find about 7 red gems and a metal chest with a pink gem.
  21. 21
Jump off the other side and down to get two red gems. Run around the other side of the building to get the two red gems seen earlier.
  22. 22
Go back to the top of the big building at the other end. Go straight ahead to find the 'Return Home' vortex.
  23. 23
Charge open metal chests on the right for 20 gems. Collect two loose green gems beside them.
  24. 24
Open wooden chests on either side of the vortex for 15 gems.
  25. 25
If any gems are missed, try gliding from the cliffs, exploring them, or flaming all cauldrons. Exit via the vortex when done.
Tips
  • Agile Birds attack from the side; try to sneak up behind them or face them directly and flame when close.
  • Use whirlwinds to quickly return to higher areas.
  • Firecrackers can destroy strong chests, revealing gems.
  • Invisible barriers prevent leaving the main playable area.
  • 400/400 Gems Collected
  • 3 Dragons Freed

Moving On:

  • After returning to the homeworld, find the balloonist. Behind the dragon platform nearby, there is a tunnel leading down to Ice Cavern. Enter Ice Cavern.
