She's voiced by Tara Strong, by the way! ### History Serena Patel was the head of Alchemax's Shadow Division. She was so inspired by the original Doctor Octopus that she built her own battle armor with six arms and decided to call herself the new Doctor Octopus. ### Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions When those Tablet of Order and Chaos fragments started showing up in the 2099 Dimension, Patel played a bit of a puppet master. She tricked Scorpion 2099 into getting the fragments for her, promising to make him human again. She might have even had a hand in creating Hobgoblin 2099, who was also after the fragments. After Spider-Man 2099 beat Hobgoblin and Scorpion, Patel got her hands on a fragment. This thing was powerful, and it went straight to her head, giving her megalomania. She even turned on her own assistants, trapping them to power her reactor! Miguel, as Spider-Man 2099, sneaks into her lab to get the fragment, but she catches him and sets the lab to blow. He escapes and follows her to the core of the Shadow Division, where she's showing off her big, fancy condensed matter reactor, powered by the fragment. Miguel isn't impressed, which really ticks her off. She kicks him out of the control room. To stop her, you'll need to deactivate four cables feeding the reactor, fight off the Public Eye Patrol, and some weird bio-creatures she cooked up. Serena will reveal that the cables are actually useless as long as she has the fragment. Miguel confronts her again as she uses the fragment to gain technopathy and power up her reactor. He still isn't impressed that it's powered by a 'magic rock,' and she attacks in a rage, using forcefields, lasers, and those bio-experiments. After a tough fight, Miguel manages to knock her out. She accidentally zaps some of her own creatures with her laser, leaving behind bombs that help him win. He grabs the fragment, and you're done with her.
