Rings are super important in Sonic Colors: Ultimate. Think of them as your health bar. When you have rings, enemies and hazards won't instantly defeat you. Instead, you'll lose some rings, giving you a chance to recover and keep going. If you get hit with no rings, though, it's game over for that run!

You'll find rings scattered all over the levels, often in big clusters. Always try to collect as many as you can, especially before a tough section or a boss fight. Having a good number of rings can make a huge difference in your survival.

Pro Tip: If you manage to collect 100 rings in a single stage, you'll earn an extra life. Keep an eye out for those big ring bonuses!
