Use the nearby ladder to climb down.

Descend further using vines into an open window.

Collect the Subsonic Ammo from a nearby box.

Take the zipline down to an area under the bridge.

Wait for the patrolling soldier to turn their back, then sneak up for a takedown. Hide unconscious soldiers to prevent them from waking up and losing bonus XP.

Turn around and climb up objects to the left of the white pillar, following the white paint markings.

Climb to the top, being careful of a soldier on the way up. Perform a takedown when prompted.

Enter the house at the top and go through the doorway on the right.

Locate the Crowbar on a table to your left before going upstairs.

Go up the stairs and deal with the four patrolling soldiers. Use the Whistle to bait them inside the house and hide in tall grass. Take them down one by one.

Once all soldiers are eliminated, approach the flak cannons. Two paths are available: a wooden platform near where the fourth soldier was, or a dirt path northwest of the tower.

Tips

Unconscious enemies give bonus XP, but can be woken up by other soldiers. Hide them to preserve your bonus.
Use the Whistle to lure enemies into traps or isolated areas for takedowns.
Tall grass near windows can serve as effective hiding spots.
Try to engage only one soldier at a time to avoid being overwhelmed.
