General Kessler is a high-ranking officer often found in heavily guarded strongholds. He typically has a personal bodyguard detail and is rarely exposed. Your primary challenge will be reaching a vantage point where you can get a clear shot without being detected. Phase 1: Infiltration. Clear the perimeter guards silently. Use your binoculars to identify Kessler's patrol route within the building. He often moves between an office and a balcony. Phase 2: The Shot. Look for environmental sound masks (generators, passing vehicles) to conceal your shot. Kessler's weakness is his head; a single well-placed sniper round will eliminate him. If a clean shot is impossible, consider creating a diversion to draw him out or isolate him from his guards. Rewards for eliminating Kessler often include valuable intelligence and significant XP.
