While Sniper Elite: Resistance doesn't feature extensive character creation in the traditional RPG sense, you can customize your loadout and develop your character through skill points. As you complete missions and objectives, you'll earn experience points (XP) that contribute to your overall rank. Each rank up grants you skill points, which can be invested in various skill trees. These trees often focus on categories like Marksmanship (improving scope sway, bullet drop compensation), Stealth (reducing noise, improving camouflage), and Equipment (enhancing gadget effectiveness, carrying capacity). Carefully consider your playstyle when allocating points; a stealthy approach might prioritize noise reduction, while an aggressive player might focus on weapon handling. You can access the skill tree from the main menu or during mission briefings.
