The Premise: Imagine you've got a bunch of slimes causing a ruckus, maybe blocking your paths in areas like the Overgrowth or the Docks. That's what happened to HoneymintTheSlime with some Honey Tabby Largos. Sometimes, you just gotta clear house, even if they're making you a lot of Newbucks. If getting rid of them the normal way seems like it'll take forever (like tossing them into the Slime Sea), there's another way to reset and build up your fortune. Starting Fresh: Operation: Free Ranching begins with a brand new save file. The idea is to mimic the very beginning of the game, but with a focus on speed and profit: 1. Vacpack Prep: Load your vacpack with items you'll want to collect, leaving one slot open for Pink Plorts. 2. Plort Farming: Run around the starting areas, constantly vacuuming up items and Pink Plorts. Once you fill that plort slot, empty it. You'll be surprised how quickly you can rack up Newbucks this way! This works with other plort types too, but Pink and Tabby plorts are the most common and easiest to find early on. 3. Essential Upgrades: Use your earnings to get the Jetpack upgrade for your vacpack. This is a game-changer for mobility! 4. Basic Infrastructure: Build a garden to grow some food (fruits are usually a good bet) and a silo to store your harvested items. 5. Resource Gathering: Head out to collect wild carrots and pogofruit.
