Kasane Randall: Phase 2

Head to OSF headquarters and watch the scenes to be moved to a dungeon.

Navigate the Kikuchiba simulation (lower area), proceeding upwards. Beware of invisible enemies.

Your allies are Hanabi (pyrokinesis for fire damage and burn) and Tsugumi (clairvoyance to see invisible enemies and aid perfect dodges).

Upon reaching the mid-level, follow the path until you encounter mist. New flying enemies called pounds create this mist. Use Tsugumi to see and defeat the pound enemies to clear the mist.

Continue fighting your way to the 2nd floor, then ascend to the 3rd floor, noting items and data spots on the second floor.

Reach the 3rd floor, save at the save spot, and move to the objective point for a boss fight.

Fight Yuito. He uses psychokinesis on objects and excels at close-range melee. Use ranged tactics and psychokinesis (PK) attacks to reduce his crush gauge. Avoid close combat to prevent being hit by his sword strikes. Use pillar special objects for special object attacks, some leading to area-of-effect (AOE) attacks. Repeat until his crush gauge is empty and you can perform a brain crush. Healing items are recommended.

After the fight and scenes, go to the Sumeragi tomb grounds. Two quests become available: one in the tomb grounds and another in the southern city area.

One quest requires 2 Medium Jellys. If this is your first run, find them in dungeons or wait for the shop to sell them. In NG+, the shop has them.

After scenes in Sumeragi tomb grounds, a new location is added to the world map. Travel to this new location.

You will start in the Abandoned Subway: Suoh Line 9, at the Hirasaka Station Entrance/Exit, in a party with Gemma and Shiden.

Gemma's SAS (Struggle Arms System) grants temporary damage immunity, but the gauge depletes with hits.

You can now use Brain Drive, a boosted state for more powerful attacks and faster movement. A Brain Drive tree is available in the Brain map.

Proceed into the area. Defeat electric-using Rummys.

Enter a room with a train, which can be used as a special object action to hurl at enemies on the tracks. This mechanic will appear multiple times.

The path is mostly linear with optional rooms containing items or data spots.

Inside the Abandoned Line, use the train on enemies on the track. Another group will spawn.

To your northeast is a room with items requiring you to defeat Others, including new armored Rut types. Break their armor with PK attacks or by throwing huge objects. Rut types can spew oil or water and perform body slams.

Take the north-west path to continue.

Rooms to your right may be inaccessible initially. One room can be opened using Shiden's SAS on an electric panel.

Continue north, then east, following the path past a save point.

Use another train on enemies. An optional room is to the right.

Take the left path. Encounter a new Sabbat type Other with horn-like armor over its weak spot. Break the armor with PK attacks and then hit its face. Beware of its charge attacks and ground-damaging attacks. Gemma's SAS is useful here.

Reach another save point. The next room has more fights.

Defeat two armored enemies on the right to obtain a Present item, which can be given to allies during Standby.

Proceed to the objective marker, leading to a new area. A small room can be opened with Shiden's SAS along the way.

At Osukuni station, save your game. Ascend the eastern escalators.

After scenes, battle swarms of Others. A scene will occur, followed by another battle with only Gemma.

After more scenes, you will be alone. Follow the path, defeating Others. Side paths contain items, with the furthest holding a Parallelization Plug in V.
