    After you defeat Ken and the Dragon Twins at R.C.H.S., head to the R.C.H.S. Front Gate. You'll find Sabuko there, and she'll reveal she's double-crossing you, kicking off a new timed Quest: River City Ransom. You've got a ticking clock to rescue six hostages she's planted explosives on.

    Hostage 1: Kenji (???): Head to Crosstown's Mall and find him at the Carousel.

    Hostage 2: Williams: Make your way to Downtown and locate him at the Food Truck Stop, right in front of the Chara Burgers Truck.

    Hostage 3: Skullmageddon: Travel to Flatirons and search the upper-right area of the Overgrown Zoo.

    Hostage 4: Mihoko: Go to Uptown and find her in front of the counter at the Pawn Shop.

    Hostage 5: Kuniko: Head to the Technos Museum and look for her near the T-Rex display.

    Hostage 6: Sonny Lee: Your last stop is Ocean Heights' Sand Dollar Drive, where you'll find him to the left of the Bus Stop.

    When you get close to any hostage, the screen will lock, and waves of enemies will start spawning. Your main goal here is to avoid these enemies as much as possible and focus on freeing the hostage.

    To free a hostage, you'll need to hold down the button. You'll see a rope icon fill up as you untie them. Once the icon is completely full, the hostage is freed, and any remaining enemies will be instantly KO'd.

    After rescuing all six hostages, the Quest will complete, access to Sanwakai Tower will finally open up, and you'll pop the Achievement!

  • Focus on speed! The timer is your biggest enemy here, so don't get bogged down fighting every single enemy. Weave through them if you can.
  • Keep an eye on your map to plan the most efficient route between hostages.
