To achieve this Development, you must mix your Giants' powers to give a village a good spread of resources. Place some Forest Giant Plants for Food, add some Rock Giant minerals for Wealth, and trickle in some Swamp Giant Plants for Tech. Upgrade for diversity rather than focusing solely on one resource.

Set up a Forest Village near the water. Create a forest that is only six tiles wide. Use the Forest Giant to drop a plant one tile in from the non-ocean edge.

Continue building as normal, filling the ocean with Mackerel from the Ocean Giant and Clownfish from the Swamp Giant. Focus the Forest Giant on plant duties, specifically the Strawberry and Blueberry combo.

Once you finish the first project, grab the ambassador with the Rock Giant.

Upgrade a number of the Mackerel into Parrotfish. Parrotfish generate extra wealth for every different type of fish in their Animal Range, so ensure they are flanked by a Mackerel and a Clownfish.

Create a diverse ocean. This will result in the water producing a huge amount of Wealth, Tech, and Food.

Wait for the Village to expand into this resource-rich area to succeed in this Development.
