Once your village completes its first project, grab the desert ambassador and stick it on the Rock Giant. Then, you'll want to upgrade everything with potent aspects, focusing on Onyx, and then slap on two more potent buffs. Just keep adding mines as your village grows, and you'll rack up enough wealth to hit that 300 Prosperity target easily.
