You need to get a village to 250 Prosperity using only animals.

Here's the strategy: focus on building a desert town. Your goal is to use the Rattlesnake and the Kangaroo Rat/Desert Tortoise to get at least 11 Wealth per tile before any special aspects are applied. If you're lucky and your first Project has an animal specialization, it can really help you out here.
