The Hard Rocks

Stage 1: Start by jumping on the cloud to the right; it will move right. Duck to avoid spikes, then stand when they pass. Punch the large spike ball, then jump on the cloud at the end to ascend. Dodge the swinging spike ball by jumping at the correct time. Jump onto the cloud above it. When it moves right, punch the large spike ball directly ahead. After destroying both, collect a spark. A line of small spike balls will appear; jump onto the cloud below and duck to pass under them. Continue right, collect another spark, and jump over the smaller line of spike balls that appear. Collect another spark, then jump to the ting below to land on a cloud. Duck under the upcoming spike balls. On the slow-moving cloud, stand on the far left and punch the spike ball when close, then move to the far right to avoid it. Ascend and dodge the moving spike ball, then helicopter to the cloud on the right. Upon landing, the cloud moves right quickly. Collect a spark, which causes a large spike ball to appear; punch it fast and jump over the small spike ball ahead. Land on the next cloud, collect a spark, and punch the large spike ball fast. Jump over the next small spike ball and land on the cloud below. Jump onto the cloud slightly below you. Jump over the pairs of small spike balls. Collect a spark, causing four small spike balls to appear to the right; jump and helicopter over them. Drop down and take your picture.

Ending 1: Before taking your picture, head right to find a stage clear sign.

Ending 2: To the left of the photographer, collect a spark to reveal a cloud. Jump on it to move left. Collect sparks along the path: the first launches one bird, the second launches two, the third launches three, the fourth launches two, and the fifth launches two. After the birds, jump to the ting below. Helicopter and follow the tings to a cloud. Grapple the pink ring to the left, swing left, and grab the reddish-orange ring. Swing left and jump to the next pink ring, then the next orange ring, and finally the next pink ring. Swing to the platform on the left and collect the item. Dodge the numerous birds that fill the area from all directions. Proceed to the stage clear sign.

Stage 2: Head right and drop down. Defeat the Stonedog's and collect the power-up. Continue right, hopping over spikes to the platform on the right, avoiding the moving spike ball. Repeat this to land on a bouncy cloud. Power bounce to the cliff above. Head right, hopping over ground spikes and dodging the airborne spike ball. Hop onto the platform on the right for a ting. Drop down platforms, collecting items. Jump across moving clouds until you reach the last one, then jump to the platform on the right. Crawl under spikes to collect the glowing fist. Destroy the boulder ahead. Navigate between spike balls, ducking to avoid some, and move quickly. Drop to the temporary cloud below. Quickly walk left and take a picture from the photographer. Walk left onto the moving cloud. When it descends, drop to the platform on the right. Walk right and jump on the moving cloud. Jump over the small spike ball to the platform on the right. Jump between the clashing spike balls ahead, then the next pair. The next two move right to left; jump to the center platform and quickly retreat right. Collect a spark, causing a lavaball to bounce down; jump over it and continue right. Jump up to the platform above. Move left, dodging the lavaball. Jump to the next platform above, avoiding the spike ball. Dodge the next lavaball, then move right. Jump over two small spike balls and drop right onto a moving cloud. Move to the next moving cloud on the right, then the next two. Jump to the platform on the right, then grab the powerball on the next platform. Jump to the next platform, then up to punch the Hunter. Hop on the hunter's platform, then the next. Crawl under spikes to collect a spark. A bird will approach; crawl into the descending space so it passes overhead. Continue crawling right, ducking to avoid the Hunter's bullets, then defeat him. Proceed to the stage clear sign.

Stage 3: Head right and jump on the bouncing cloud. When a lavaball bounces down, power bounce to dodge it. Continue right, go under the moving spike ball, and quickly jump to the platform on the right. Continue right to collect a spark. Two lavaballs will emerge from behind; quickly walk right to avoid them as they get stuck on a hill. Head right.
