The New "P3" and "C3" and "F3" Mouse Grips!!!

Learn about the P3, C3, and F3 mouse grips for PUBG: Battlegrounds, inspired by controller layouts and classic grips like Palm, Claw, and Fingertip.

While many players use the classic Palm Grip, other grips like the Claw Grip and Fingertip Grip exist. The way you hold your mouse is called your Grip. The author proposes a new Grip called "PALM 3" (or "P3" for short), inspired by controller layouts where one finger operates each shoulder button. This Grip is adapted for mouse use, assigning specific fingers to specific buttons.

P3 (Palm 3) Grip:

• Thumb: Operates thumb buttons.
• Index finger: Operates the left click.
• Middle finger: Operates the mouse wheel.
• Ring finger: Operates the right click.
• Pinky finger: Serves as support.

This Grip might feel unusual initially but can lead to faster button presses by optimizing finger placement. The P3 Grip is named in tribute to Phil Spencer (@XboxP3).

C3 (Claw 3) Grip:

This is an adaptation of the P3 Grip for those who use the Claw Grip. The finger assignments remain the same as the P3 Grip, but the overall hand posture is that of a Claw Grip.

The C3 Grip is named in tribute to HALO: COMBAT EVOLVED (HALO: CE), released on November 15, 2001, a highly acclaimed game.

F3 (Fingertip 3) Grip:

If the Fingertip Grip does not typically use the mouse wheel, the F3 Grip is an adaptation of the P3 and C3 Grips. In this variation:

• Index Finger: Left Mouse Button.
• Ring Finger: Right Mouse Button.
• Middle Finger: Does not control any mouse buttons.

This F3 Grip is named as it relates to the P3 and C3 Grips that preceded it.
