Part 12

From the beam, jump up or move left along the ledge and jump.

Jump right, wait for the two crushers, then quickly move to the upper right corner to smash pots for sand.

Turn left and descend the ladder to the bottom.

Use the chain to pull out the block opposite you.

Climb up the ladder to the platform level, jump to the platform, and quickly run toward and roll through the door.

Collect more sand, then run along the right wall and chain swing on the torch to reach a ledge.

Move left and jump up to a ledge above.

Jump and chain-swing to the opposite ledge.

Jump up to a ledge above, then jump right from beam to beam to reach the next platform.

Head right through the doorway and turn left to reach a pool of the Water of Life, transforming you back into the Prince.

Go forward and head right to activate a cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) (an in-game cinematic).

In The Balconies area, use the fountain if desired.

Wait for the two enemies on the platform ahead to turn around.

Run along the right wall and initiate a Speed Kill (a powerful, quick takedown) to eliminate the Sand Archer.

Speed Kill the Sand Guard.

Climb up the block on your left and use the Landscape Camera (a free-moving camera).

Option 1: Wait for the enemy to move closer and use the shutter (a mechanism to interact with the environment) for a Speed Kill.

Option 2: Wait for the enemy to move away, use the shutter to jump to them, and perform a standard Speed Kill.

Run along the left wall and use the shutter to reach the next platform.

Climb over the railing in front of you and jump to the next platform.

Climb over and Speed Kill the Sand Guard.

Climb over the railing the Sand Guard was facing to reach the next platform.

Run up the wall in front of you and stab into the plate (a pressure-sensitive switch).

Run left and stab into the next plate.

Repeat for the third plate.

Run left and jump when alongside the chain.

Descend the chain and Speed Kill the Sand Guard from there.

Turn around, get on the beam, move to the edge, and jump to the chain in front of you.

Descend the chain and wait for the two Guards to face away from you and be close together, then execute a double Speed Kill.

Look over the railing and wait for the Sand Gate Guard to face away from you.

Climb over the railing, drop, and Speed Kill him.

Approach the Sand Gate to receive the new time power: The Eye of the Storm.

Use the Eye of the Storm (tap L) to slow down time for everything except yourself, making combat easier and allowing passage through traps.

Go back to the railing you jumped over, run up the wall, and climb over the railing.

Follow the path until confronted by a gang of enemies.

Engage in Free-Form Fighting (a dynamic combat system) against four enemies: two Sand Guards and two Sand Archers. Use the Eye of the Storm to slow time and make the battle easier.

If you run low on sand (the resource used for time powers), return to street level to get more from the Sand Gate.

To get through the door at the bottom, use the pressure plate opposite the door. Use the Eye of the Storm, run up and press the pressure plate.

Turn around, jump down to street level, and hurry through the door.

Roll under the wood to reach the next area.

In The Dark Alley, use the fountain if desired.

Turn right and go into the light between the two walls.

Use the weapon racks to clear the way.

Run up the wall and jump from wall to wall up to a plate at the top, then stab into the plate.

Run along the wall to the right.

Turn right, run up the wall to a ledge, and climb the ladder to the top.

Drop to the first rooftop.

Wait for the Sand Archer below to turn their back, then drop and Speed Kill them. Ensure the other Sand Archer across the way does not see you.

Hide behind the railing until the other Sand Archer turns their back, then jump to the other building and Speed Kill them.

Run up the wall in front of you to activate a cutscene.

Hide behind the bushels of grain after the cutscene.

Wait for the Sand Guard ahead to turn away, then leap over the railing and Speed Kill him.

Run up the wall ahead and stab into the plate.

Run left along the wall and stab into the next plate.

Run left along the wall to reach the next platform.

Engage a Sand Archer and a Sand Guard in Free-Form Fighting. You can toss them off the roof if needed.

Jump to the next rooftop ahead.

Engage two more Sand Guards in Free-Form Fighting. Use the column in the middle for Column Attacks.

A cutscene will appear after the fight.

Move through the doorway and turn left at the wall.

Go out on the beam and jump to the gap ahead.

Slide down the gap, turn around, and jump out to stab into the plate.

Run along the wall to the right to slide down the curtain.

Follow the hallway to the end, then run up the wall on the right to reach the next platform.

Run along the wall on the right to reach the curtain, then jump off the curtain when almost at the bottom to reach the next area.
