Alright, so you've made it to the Quaking Earth Titan! This is a pretty significant battle, and thankfully, it's not too complicated once you know what you're doing. For Pokémon Scarlet, you'll be facing the Great Tusk, a Ground- and Fighting-type Pokémon. It's a tough one, but we've got a plan.

Stats / Weaknesses:

• Great Tusk (Scarlet): Lv. 44, Ground/Fighting type.
• Weaknesses: Grass, Water, Fairy, Flying, Psychic.
• Resistances/Be Careful With: Electric, Fire, Poison, Rock, Steel, Dark, Ice, Normal.
• Note: Ice-type is tricky here. Great Tusk is both weak to and strong against Ice, so it's best to avoid it unless you're absolutely sure.

Strategy:

Your best bet is to bring along Pokémon that hit its weaknesses hard. Think Grass, Water, Fairy, Flying, or Psychic types. Avoid bringing Pokémon that are Electric, Fire, Poison, Rock, Steel, Dark, Ice, or Normal types, as they'll likely get hit hard or won't do much damage.

• After you win, Arven will give you a Titan Badge.
• You'll also unlock the ability for your mount to glide in the air, which is super useful for getting around!

Recommended route:

The guide suggests heading to the seventh Gym first and referring to the Alfornada Gym section. This usually means you'll be in the general area or have unlocked the path needed to reach the Titan.
