Day 13

Start with Captain 1 summoning 30 Pink Pikmin and sending them south to a destroyed Dirt Wall.

Have Captain 2 summon Blue, Yellow, Pink, and Red Pikmin and send him east to the upper walkway under the Waterfall. Throw Blue Pikmin up to grab the fruit in the waterfall.

Captain 3 summons 20 Blue Pikmin and runs to the base of the waterfall to eliminate enemies.

Once Blue Pikmin are attacking enemies, switch to Captain 2 and throw Blue Pikmin up to the ledge for the fruit. Give Captain 2 a 'Go Here' command further along the path. Swap to Captain 3 and send him back to the Onion.

Take Captain 1 due south of the Onion. Deal with the Whiptongue Bulborb if desired, use a Spicy Spray if needed, and then run south to a cave with a Dirt Wall in the water. Assign Blue Pikmin to break it.

Swap to Captain 2. Grab bomb rocks and continue forward, eliminating fire slugs. Near the Spicy Berry Plant, look left on the grassy ridge for an avocado and swarm Pink Pikmin towards it.

Continue forward, following the wall and crossing the pressure plate. Note the fruit under which you pass as you turn left.

Pass crystal bugs and turn right at the brown bridge parts. Use bomb Pikmin to kill the Bulborb, then assign Yellow Pikmin to the gate.

Swap to Captain 3 at the Onion. Gather idling Pikmin and swap excess Blues for Pinks. Set him to 'Go Here' where the Avacado was picked up.

Check Captain 1. Once the Blue Pikmin are done with the Dirt Wall, dismiss any following Pikmin except Pinks. Run onto the land in front of you where a Calcified Crushblat is located.

To defeat the Calcified Crushblat easily: throw a Pink Pikmin at it to wake it up, buff your Pinks with a Spicy Spray, run under the creature, and initiate a charge.

Grab the fruit, call the Blue Pikmin, and set a 'Go Here' command to the Onion.

Swap back to Captain 1 at the electric fence and give him a 'Go Here' command to regroup with Captain 2.

Select Captain 2 and dismiss his army. Target the Cherry on an island in the water and throw a Blue or Pink Pikmin at it.

Return to the shore and look left. Next to a Granite Wall is a bunch of grapes; assign your army to retrieve them.

Swap to Captain 1, call the Pink Pikmin, and set a 'Go Here' command under the fruit spotted earlier.

Check Captain 3. Gather idle Pikmin, swap some for Yellow Pikmin, and set a 'Go Here' command towards your other commanders.

Check Captain 2 near the fruit. Target it and charge with your Pink Pikmin. Give this captain a 'Go Here' command to the Onion.

Gather the Grape Pikmin with Captain 1 or 3 and head north. Engage the enemies around the water: Blowhogs, an Aristocrab, and a Wollyhop. Use Spicy Spray if needed. Killing the Aristocrab yields a Lime.

Check across the river for a banana poking out of the ground and assign a large portion of your army to dig it up.

Head west along the main beach to a mound in the sand, which is a lemon. Assign Pikmin to uncover it.

Use any remaining time to defeat enemies, break walls, move bridge pieces, or complete other tasks.
