Requirements for Telos:

• First off, your main character needs to be Level 90 or higher. No slacking on the grinding!
• You'll also need a specific lineup of Personas, all of which require their respective Social Links to be maxed out before you can even think about fusing them:
  • Thanatos (Death)
  • Chi You (Tower)
  • Helel (Star)
  • Asura (Sun)
  • Messiah (Judgement)
  • Metatron (Aeon)

Now, there's a 'special fusion' route for Telos that's generally better because it lets you inherit more skills. Why is skill inheritance a big deal? Well, even though Persona 3 Portable has Skill Cards for a lot of moves, not *every* single skill is available that way (like Thunder Reign, for example). So, special fusion usually wins out for Telos.

But hey, if you're feeling adventurous or just want to see how it's done the 'normal' way, here are a few combinations that can get you Telos:

• Raphael (Lovers 61) + Abaddon (Devil 73) + Nandi (Star 47)
• Alilat + Melchizedek + Skadi/Gabriel/Mother Harlot

• Mother Harlot + Gabriel + Melchizedek
• Thor + Odin (Thunder Reign) + Scathach

And for skills, Telos doesn't come with any naturally. You'll have to level it up to 97 to get its first and only innate skill: Victory Cry. This is HUGE – it fully heals your HP and SP after every battle. You can also get Victory Cry as a Skill Card at level 99, but why wait?

Basically, Telos is your ultimate defensive Persona. But don't get too carried away thinking it's the best for *every* single situation. If a boss only spams Fire attacks, a Persona that *absorbs* Fire would be better. You *could* try to add those resistances to Telos, but honestly, that's a waste of a good skill slot. You're better off saving those for specific challenges.

So, my advice? Save Telos for the really tough fights, especially against the ultimate bosses. It's built for that. In the original FES, getting Telos just right took me hours, but with the Skill Cards in P3P, you should be able to get it sorted in under 20 minutes. Pretty sweet deal!
