[8.3]. Mission 3 - G5 Building: Reconnaissance (3)

Disable Damping Field Generator: Start by facing invisible guards; wait for them to attack to see their outlines and kill them. One guard drops a key card. Exit through the unlocked door. Kill the guard at the end of the hall, then activate the control panel to the right of the door and proceed through it. In the next room, turn right and enter the door within the glass windows. More invisible guards will appear; kill them and retrieve the key card. Enter the door within the glass case. Shoot the guard immediately upon entering, then grab the shield near the stairs. Go upstairs and through the door. Turn right and proceed down the hallway. Kill the two guards, then go to the Alarm next to the first door on your right and enter it. If locked, complete objective 2 first. Kill the guard at the bottom of the stairs and descend them. Head down the hallway to your right. Kill the two guards at the end of the hallway, then run to the control panel on the far wall and press B to activate it, completing this objective. Return upstairs and to the Alarm.

Deactivate Laser Grid Systems: Kill the third guard before he reaches the control panel. Deactivate the four control panels in this area to turn off the lasers (they will turn green).

Photograph Meeting Conspirators: Head through the door next to the alarm, kill the guard at the bottom of the stairs, and proceed down the corridor. In the next room, defeat the three guards. Use the large control panel to disable the damping field generator (optional but helpful). Return to the room with the Alarm. Turn right and shoot the guard through the glass. Go up the stairs at the other end of the room, turn right, crouch under the roof, and follow the piping back to where you killed the guard. Use the Camspy, following the pipes into the next room while avoiding guards to prevent mission failure. This completes objective 3.

Retrieve Dr. Caroll Backup from Safe: Drop down and kill any guards. Turn off the alarm if it was triggered. Go through the door to the left of the alarm, kill guards near the stairs, and ascend them. Turn right at the top, eliminate any guards, and enter the door in the green area on the right. Turn right and use the Door Decoder on the control panel next to the door. Wait for 1 minute to open the vault, killing any guards that approach. Open the large blue vault and retrieve the Backup Disc.

Exit G5 Building: Exit the room and head towards the explosion, then go through the hole in the wall to complete the mission. If there is no explosion, return to the Chicago stealth level, find the concrete door, and detonate it yourself.
