Once you land on the rooftop, turn right and head down the ramps to the lower level. Spot and kill the guard patrolling the area, then grab the CMP150 he drops. Go to the left of the end of the ramp and through the door with steel grates. Go through the next door in front of you. Turn left and slowly go down the ramp to avoid the guard until you can kill him. Continue down the ramps to the bottom. Go right and look for the redish control panel. Use your ECM Mines on it to complete the first objective.

Head through the door with steel grates on the far wall. Go down the ramps until you reach a guard halfway down. Take him out with your Silenced Falcon, then go through the door. Go right after the wooden door and take out the guard ahead with a headshot (a shot that lands on the enemy's head, usually an instant kill). Take out the guard who comes to his rescue. Push the button on the desk near where the guard was. Go through the large doors near the glass elevator. Put away your weapons, and Cassandra will talk to you. Punch her and take the keycode necklace. Leave this room, go through the brownish door near the elevator, and go up the stairs. Exit the elevator, turn right, and destroy the camera. Take the elevator on the left down. Kill any guards and go down the small flight of stairs. Go into the door on the right. Place an ECM mine on the control panel and leave the room.

It's time to gain entrance into the main laboratory. The entrance is via an elevator, behind another hidden door. Take a right at the bottom of the steps, and go into a small room with a computer and a desk. There should be a multi-colored wall. Press B to open it and reveal a hidden door. Kill all enemies in here, then work your way around the area until you reach a blue-ish elevator. Take it to complete your objective.
