Following your harrowing escape from the submarine and the acquisition of the amplified radio device, your immediate and most critical objective is to reach and activate the Lighthouse. Navigating to the Lighthouse

1. From the Submarine Exit: After leaving the submarine, you'll emerge near the North Rock Beach. The path forward will lead you generally eastward and then northward towards the higher elevations of the island.
2. Radio Anomalies & Disruptions: As you progress, you'll encounter numerous radio anomalies. These are often visual distortions, temporal loops, or instances where the entities attempt to communicate or impede your progress.
   • Frequency Sweeping: When an anomaly occurs, immediately equip your radio (by pressing the designated button, e.g., 'R' on PC, 'L' on Switch). Slowly sweep through the frequencies until you find the specific frequency that resonates with the anomaly. You'll hear distinct static, whispers, or even voices, and the visual distortions will intensify or stabilize.
   • Holding the Frequency: Once you've found the correct frequency, hold it steady. This often "disrupts" the anomaly, allowing you to pass, or triggers a dialogue sequence with the entities or your friends.
   • Environmental Cues: Pay attention to environmental cues. Sometimes, specific objects or locations will glow or shimmer when a radio anomaly is nearby.
3. Key Locations En Route:
   • Main Street: You'll pass through the island's deserted Main Street, which may trigger a time loop or a conversation with a spectral presence.
   • Bridge Overlook: A scenic point that often features a significant radio event, potentially revealing more of the island's history.
   • Clifftop Path: This winding path leads directly to the Lighthouse grounds. Expect heightened entity activity here.

Lighthouse Internal Mechanisms & Puzzles

Upon reaching the Lighthouse, you'll find that simply walking in and flipping a switch isn't an option. The Lighthouse itself acts as a complex environmental puzzle, designed to test your understanding of the radio's capabilities and the entities' influence. There are two primary mechanisms you'll need to interact with:

1. The Lighthouse Generator Room:
   • Location: Typically on the ground floor or basement level of the Lighthouse.
   • Puzzle: The generator is offline, and its internal mechanisms are being interfered with by the entities. You'll notice several glowing, pulsating points on the generator itself.
   • Solution: Equip your radio. Each pulsating point corresponds to a specific frequency that needs to be "cleared."
     1. Approach a pulsating point.
     2. Tune your radio until the static is loudest and the point's glow intensifies, then stabilizes. This indicates you've found the correct frequency for that specific interference point.
     3. Hold the frequency for a few seconds until the point dissipates or the generator hums slightly.
     4. Repeat this process for all pulsating points on the generator. There are typically 3-4 distinct interference points.
   • Outcome: Once all points are cleared, the generator will power up, restoring basic electricity to the Lighthouse. This often unlocks doors or activates an elevator.
2. The Lighthouse Beacon Mechanism:
   • Location: At the very top of the Lighthouse, accessible via stairs or an elevator once the generator is active.
   • Puzzle: The beacon mechanism itself is jammed or misaligned, and the entities are actively trying to prevent its activation. You'll see a central console with several dials or levers, and often a large, central lens or light source.
   • Solution: This is a multi-stage radio puzzle combined with physical interaction.
     1. Initial Frequency Scan: Stand near the central console. Tune your radio to find a very strong, distinct frequency – this is the primary frequency of the Lighthouse beacon itself. It will sound different from the entity frequencies, often clearer or more melodic.

     3. Final Activation: Once all elements are aligned and cleared of interference, return to the central console. You'll likely see a prompt to "Activate Beacon." Press the interaction button.

A very powerful, fluctuating frequency will appear on your radio dial. You must precisely tune to this frequency and hold it steady as the beacon charges.
