Your role as You is to guide her through the supernatural events on Edwards Island, making choices that define her character. Will she be a supportive friend, a cynical observer, or a brave leader?

Alex's primary 'abilities' are her radio and her capacity for empathy and communication. Her radio allows her to interact with the supernatural, while her dialogue choices determine her relationships with her friends. There are no stats or skill trees; instead, her 'development' is purely narrative. Experiment with different personality types across playthroughs to see how Alex's journey and the reactions of others can change dramatically. Her relationship with Jonas, her new stepbrother, is particularly central to the story.
