Back up to the chain and pull it to bring a [_HOOK_] closer. Grab it when it's within reach. Now, head back the way you came. At the barn entrance, go right to squeeze back outside. We need to get to the barn where the hook belongs, but watch out! Marta will jump you on the way back, near the goody room. What I did was run back through the brightly lit barn area and through the fence, then waited a bit. Slowly creep back, keeping an eye on Marta, and wait for her to head towards the area where we slid down from. Once she's moved on, you can make a break for the barn on the left.
Squeeze inside and attach the hook. QUICKLY use the nearby chain to lift the shutter. The woman you need to avoid is outside the barn now, so make a run for the hole you just opened and dive in. There's a short scene, but you'll make it through to the other side.
Nice job! Head down the path, and you'll soon see a sign for the mines. You can see them in the distance, and spotting them will snag you a rare trophy! You should get the "Babylon" Bronze Trophy here for seeing the distant mines.
Keep following the path to the right and up – watch out for those cacti! You'll reach some stairs and seats. Check the table nearby for the [_OUTSIDE MARTA'S CHAPEL_] document. Then, head up the stairs to the locked door. You can actually jump up and get inside, so do that.
Whoa, we're back in the school? What's going on? Get your camera out and record the drawing on the wall here for the [_A GAME OF HANGMAN_] recording. After that, enter the door on the left. In the hallway, head to the second door on the left. You might be seeing some visions, but in this classroom, you'll find the [_HANGMAN PICTURE_] in the back. Blake will mention that there must be another one somewhere, like Jessica and Lynn used to play.
Head back to the starting area now. Go straight forward (to the right of where the picture was) and past the first locked door on the right. Keep going, noting the hallway on your right with its lockers. Continue straight into the next room on the right. On the teacher's desk, you'll find a [_BATTERY_].
Go back out into the hallway and take a right. Continue to the very last room on the right. You'll see a hangman picture on the classroom wall. Here's what you need to do: interact with the projector and place the body picture on it. Then, you have to line up the projector with the hangman letters on the wall. This means pushing the projector closer, in between the rows of seats, until the full word appears. This is a tough one... what did you do!?
Head back to the starting area again. Where the picture of Jessica was on the wall, there are now doors. Enter them and go all the way down the hallway to the very end. It looks promising, but it's locked. You need to head back, but that's not the exit either. It's unsettling, but keep going back and forth to the ends of the hallway until a scene triggers.
Enter the room that has opened up in the hallway. Make sure to check the desk inside for another [_BATTERY_]. Now, as the game intends, move the roller underneath the vents (look up in this room) and climb into them. It's a bad idea, I know, but it's your only way out. Crawl through and watch the scene, then keep crawling until you're finally free.
Back to reality again. Trippy, right? Head down the hill and keep your camera ready. When you see the bridge in the distance, be SURE TO RECORD IT, as this will get you the [_ROAD TO THE OLD MINE_] recording. Continue on and slide down when prompted. Go right to a shimmy spot and keep going. Better than those ducts, huh? You'll come to some train tracks soon. BUT BEFORE you go down them, go past them and look past the boulder on the right. You'll find a [_BATTERY_] and the [_SCALLED BOUND_] document.
Now, go ahead and head down the railroad tracks. You'll have to balance across several narrow spots. After the FIRST beam, line yourself up with the second one on the right, then STOP AND RECORD. Several locusts will fly at you, so record them for the [_THE LOCUSTS_] recording. Nice. Now, just keep going...
