How to Reach the Tippy Top Oobnet Tower: Oobnet Towers

As you begin climbing the mountain, you will encounter Algud, who requires you to have an Extreme Mountain Path Walking (EMPW) license. Since you do not have one, Algud challenges you to a dance battle. Algud's team consists of a Oogum, Gleamy Radlad, and a Moogy. Consider using ooblets that can cancel warm-up moves, like your own Radlad or Whirlitzer, to counter Oogum and Radlad's high-scoring warm-up moves. A Shrumbo or another high-point ooblet can also be effective. After winning the dance battle, you will receive the EMPW license.

Continue up the mountain and you will find Rhimy next to frozen luggage. Progress further up until bad weather forces you back down. Speak to Rhimy, who needs 3 Spaceheaters to melt their luggage. In return, Rhimy will give you mountain gear necessary to progress.

To craft Spaceheaters, first unlock the recipe at the Wishy Well for 150 wishies. Then, at the Fabricuter, you will need the following materials for each Spaceheater (triple for 3): 10 Nurnies, 2 Sprockuts, 1 Oobsidian, and 3 Spicyspears.

Where to Find Nurnies: Nurnies are commonly found by smashing rocks on your farm or by pulling up weeds.

Where to Find Sprockuts: Sprockuts are mechanical gear-like resources found on the ground in Mamoonia. You should be able to find 6 easily.

Where to Find Oobsidian: Oobsidian is rarer and can be found in Badgetown. Having a gleamy ooblet on your farm increases the chance of Oobsidian spawning.

Where to Find Spicyspears: Unlock level 2 of the Wildlands by completing Wildland tasks. In the northern region of the Wildlands, you can harvest spicyspear plants, which resemble red chili peppers.

After crafting the 3 Spaceheaters, return to Rhimy on the mountain and deliver them. You will receive a mountain jacket, which you must equip to proceed further up the mountain.

Continue up the mountain and you will encounter extreme weather again. Speak to Brumallory, who offers protective gear in exchange for delivering 9 postcards to her friends in Badgetown: Churles, Dubble, Rugnolia, Officer Zuffle, Meed, Outgrid, Bazil, Sprin, and Mayor Tinstle.

After delivering all 9 postcards, return to Brumallory on the mountain. She will give you a Mountain Hat, which you must equip to progress up Tippy Top mountain.

Proceed further up the mountain and you will pass Gelidia, who is selling a pickaxe. Continue past her until you encounter rocks blocking your path. Return to Gelidia, who will offer you the pickaxe for 1000 Gummies.

Use the Pickaxe to smash the rocks blocking your path, allowing you to continue up the mountain.

After smashing some rocks, you will find you cannot proceed further due to extreme climate. Lukold will offer you mountain boots if you make him Creamadroostral Soup.
