First things first, you'll need to get your hands on some Muz. Head over to Meed's Seeds in Badgetown and snag some Muz seeds. They'll set you back 3 gummies each. Once you've planted 'em on your farm, just give them about 2 days to grow into mature Muz plants.

Now, for the magic part: making the flour! You'll need to pop one mature Muz plant into your Crunchster for every one Muz Flour you want to create. Just feed it in, and the Crunchster will do the rest.
