These achievements are unlocked via Ending 01. This ending requires letting the Redhead Lady into your home after Night 3, talking to her daily, and ensuring her survival. Key steps include feeding the Cat on Night 4 (requires ordering Cat Food from For Rest, unlocked by watching TV on Days 2 or 4) and using FEMA Notices to prevent her from being taken by FEMA (obtainable on Night 7 and Night 8). After she 'gives birth', you must find the baby in three locations: behind the Bedroom curtains, on top of the Office ceiling fan, and under the Bathroom tub. Progressing to the next Night after finding the baby three times will trigger the ending cutscene and unlock the achievements.
