1. Nitro for Grip: If you hit a wall, use a short burst of nitro to help your car regain grip immediately and avoid losing speed.
2. Automatic Gear Shifting: When using automatic gears, avoid using nitro while the car is shifting. Instead, use a short burst to reach the shifting point, let go of nitro, wait for the gear change, and then reapply nitro.
3. Previewing Cars: To check how a car looks or handles before buying, use the customize mode in the main menu. This allows you to experiment with modifications without spending any in-game cash.
4. Spin Recovery: If you find yourself in a bad spin, a short burst of nitro in the direction you want to go can help correct the car's trajectory.
5. Nitro Usage Strategy: Generally, avoid using nitro at the start of a race, except for drag races. It's more effective in the middle of a race. Use nitro in short, tapped bursts rather than holding it down continuously, especially around turns, to maintain momentum.
