Alright, we're hitting Part 46, and it's time to face Ronald McCrea, also known as 'Ronnie'. He's Blacklist 3, so he's definitely a step up. You'll need 8 race wins, 5 milestones completed, and a hefty 5,550,000 in bounty to even challenge him. The game recommends Ming's Lamborghini Gallardo, and honestly, it's a solid choice for this tier.

Before we get to Ronnie, there are a few races you'll need to tackle. Let's break them down:

Petersburg & Hwy 201 - Speedtrap

This is a Speedtrap race, meaning you need to hit specific speeds at certain points. From the start, hug the left side of the road. When you enter a tunnel crossover, switch to the right lanes. Keep an eye out around the 45% mark; there's an alleyway behind a building that offers a great shortcut. Later, at 67%, the road splits – take the right fork to set yourself up nicely for the next speedtrap. There aren't any other shortcuts here, so focus on hitting those speeds.

After these races, you'll get to choose 2 out of 6 Markers for JV. Don't stress too much about winning his car right now; focus on getting through Ronnie's events.

Seagate & Camden - Sprint

This is a 7-mile Sprint race. At 25% into the race, side paths start opening up. Only use them if you can enter them smoothly, otherwise, stick to the main road. Around 34%, look for a path on the right – taking this will let you cut off a upcoming turn, giving you a nice advantage. No other shortcuts here, so precision is key.

Riverside - Lap Knockout

This is a 3-lap Lap Knockout race covering 17.6 miles. Right at the start, the road forks – go left. A little further on, after a sharp right turn, it forks again; stick to the left path this time too. After you pass through a tollbooth, you'll see another fork – take the left path. This leads you down into the storm drains. When you exit, cut through the park to get back to the main road. After crossing a bridge, look left for a building with glass on the side. Smash through it to cut through the building for a huge advantage. As you exit, stay left to get a good line on the upcoming straightaway. This race is packed with shortcuts if you know where to look.

Omega & Industries - Circuit

This is a 4-lap Circuit race, 8.5 miles long. At the start, look to your right for a construction zone – take this shortcut immediately to get an early lead. When you approach a series of tight turns, you'll see some orange and white blockades ahead. Go through them to find a dirt path that cuts off a tight left-hand turn. From this point on, keep an eye out for side paths just before turns; use them if you have a good entry angle, but don't force it if you don't. This race doesn't have many other major time-savers.

Petersburg Projects - Tollbooth

This is a single-lap Tollbooth race. The description here is pretty brief, but the key is that the Cop Probability is Maximum. You'll need to hit the tollbooths quickly and avoid the cops.
